Training options for up to 4 people! Great way to experience personalized training in a group setting, while having the extra support of friends or family. You will receive personalized modifications and suggestions for you and your body, while working in a group setting.

With group sessions, you receive:

  • A fun hour of training!

  • Warm-ups and cool down’s for every session.

  • Help from a coach to aid you in moving safely, effectively, and efficiently.

  • Individual support and modifications at each session.

Why do I recommend group sessions?

  • A non-traditional way to have fun with friends!

  • Added motivation when you train as a team.

  • Share the cost of trainer.

  • An hour for you and your friends! No doubt you’ll be leaving with a smile.

How it works:

  • Book a team Consultation.

  • Discuss team goals and determine how many people will be in attendance.

  • Review mobility and abilities.

  • Create a schedule that works for everyone.

  • Motivate each other in and out of the gym.

  • Crush your goals together!

A note on sessions:

Price is dependent on the amount of participants.

Please be advised, group sessions are suggested for folks that have similar goals and/or abilities. If either of these factors differ greatly, group sessions won’t work to your advantage. Please be aware that cancellation policy changes slightly with group sessions. All clients must confirm the others cancellation and there must be a mutual understanding on how to proceed. A highly recommended way to add FUN to your routine and lifestyle!
