These sessions are a great way to focus on strengths and weaknesses specifically suited to your body and needs. It is ALL IN coaching that extends beyond the gym. Iām here to make you a healthier athlete and human!
With 1:1 sessions, you receive:
Full client intake, assessment, movement screen and lifestyle assessment.
Individualized programming - completed in-person & homework.
Lifestyle support & nutritional guidance.
Help from a coach to aid you in moving safely, effectively, and efficiently.
30-60 minute monthly phone/video consultations (first month not included).
Weekly support & check-in via CoachRX.
Daily text support as required.
