Score = total rounds

Set a timer for 4 minutes. In 4 minutes, do as many rounds + reps as you can (1 round = 3 push-ups + 6 sit-ups + 9 squats). Note your rounds/reps. Rest 1 minute at the end of the 4, then repeat again 4 times. 

Modifications: Choose the movement that works best for you. SLOW DOWN the rounds! Quality > Quantity.
