Happy Healthy Hips

Who doesn't need those?

We do A LOT of hip hinging in our day - from sitting for everything (driving, eating, maybe breast feeding), to then training to hip hinge better (deadlifts, squats, box jumps, etc.), we are ALWAYS hinged over.

We all need this session. I'm so excited to do it this week. Thank you Paula for making sure we all have happy and healthy hips!
