Moving the breath into all of our breathing spaces, we open up our body to accept the breath in our various yoga movements & postures. By opening up the body to the breath, we can begin to see how the breath supports us not only in movements and postures on the mat, but in life itself. You bring awareness to you in the present moment wherever you are.
This 50min video is composed of 15-20min of breathwork followed by 30min of yoga movement. Watch all together or come back for the second part to accommodate the time you have. This is Prenatal friendly for those up until early in their second trimester. If you are expecting, listen to your body and its capabilities. If you are into your second or third trimester, avoid planks (drop knees) and avoid laying on the belly. You can transition straight from a forward fold to a downward dog (if your body allows it) or child's pose to skip through those movements.
Listen to your body first and foremost in where it is day to day and work with wherever you are in this moment without judgement or expectation.
