I am aware of my breath & the way it feels and supports me.

I am aware of my mind space and the way it wanders or stands still.

I am aware of my body and the way it moves.

I am aware of the stretch and sensations I feel in my body.

I am aware of my inner strength, and the strength my body has to support me.

I am aware of the space I can create to surrender & relax.

I am here, I am present, and I bring all of my awareness to this practice.
