Leading and living a healthy life is so much more than physical activity. Truly, that idea itself is why I created the SHINE Program. Abby said in her podcast two weeks ago, that what you surround yourself with - what you listen to, what you eat, what you watch, where you go, and mostly, the people and relationships in your life - is so important. In this episode, we go into a great amount of detail on relationships that fuel your soul.
