Please note that this IS
- a weekly strength training program
- doable in the gym or at home
- a 4 day/week split training schedule
- a progressive program that you can manipulate each month as you progress the weights/movement
- This program does offer group support from both Coach Sof, and your peers in the program!
It is recommended for those who:
- Have great body awareness
- Know how to adjust movements based on their own body and their needs
- Have access to equipment (whether in gym or at home)
- Are self-disciplined
This is NOT
- personalized remote coaching
- 1:1 training with support

This option is great for folks who already have tremendous body-awareness. If you know how to listen to your body then you can easily adjust this program to your own individual needs.
