 After every round: 

20-30s elbow plank

Complete both exercises for 20 repetitions (total). This is considered 1 round. Then complete 20-30s plank. Move on to 18 reps of everything, then plank...continue with this format until you do 2 reps of everything, followed by a plank. 

Substitutes: 

Instead of starting at 20 and moving down by 2, start at 10 and move down by 1. 10-9-8-7...Keep a conversational pace - slow and steady wins this race!
