Have a timer ready! I use IntervalTimer - it’s a free app that allows you to input different timers.
Part A & C are the same! You’re going from a squat jump bronco, to a squat jump, to a bronco. This combo should be done twice, so it will take you 6 minutes. After Part A, you’re going to go into part B! Push-ups, to shoulder taps, to walk outs - then rest. This combo should take you 12 minutes. Once you’re done that, you’re going back to Part C (6 minutes again).
WOW! This is going to be a fun sweaty one, and certainly our longest one of the week. In total, this should take 24(ish) minutes.
Modifications:
Choose the movements that will challenge you, but also feel free to add an additional minute of “rest” in part A and C. You can also choose to only work 40-50 seconds of each minute, so you know you have 10-20 seconds of a designated rest period! More rest isn’t bad, especially if it means it will allow you to move comfortably through this workout!
