Workout 45

Every 3 minutes complete:

8 burpees/devil’s press

8 squats/thrusters

8 push-ups

*rest the remainder of the time

X5 rounds

Start a 3:00 minute clock. Complete the 8 reps of each movement in the variation you know you can complete for 8 repetitions. Rest the remainder of the time. Once your 3:00 minute clock is up, start again. Complete this process for 5 rounds through.

Modifications/Suggestions:

Each round is meant to be 2:00-2:15 minutes with :45-1:00 rest each round. Make the workout more or less challenging by choosing the movements that will allow you to work for 2:00 minutes or so!
