In 3 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of

8 back lunges

8 push-press

8 snatches/devils press

Rest 2 minutes

Grab that timer or running clock! You’re going to attempt moving as smoothly and efficiently as you can in the 3 minutes of work. It’s about earning your rest! So reduce the amount of rest between each movement and enjoy that 2 minutes of rest after each round.

Do your best to match or beat your previous score with each round. Don’t come out too hot on that first round! It’s you vs. you - let’s see it!
