Workout 5
3-5 rounds of:
10-15 Squats
10 bronco’s/mountain climbers
10 plank taps
10 second sprint (20 jacks)
*Walk back, rest as needed
Go through squats to plank taps, then move into your sprint or jacks. If you sprint, take a movement or two to walk back before you start again! Otherwise, change the rest to a time that will challenge you. Go through this for 3-5 rounds!
Substitutes: As always, pick the movements that best suite or challenge you - it’s your choice! The other suggestion is to change the number of rounds you complete. A good protocol is to go by feel - aim for a number that you know you can do. See how you feel when you get there. Feeling good? Try for one more!
