PLAYERS CHOICE
EMOM: 20 jumping jacks, 10 box jumps, 25m sprint
10 chest press (crush grip)
10 tricep extensions
10 deadlifts
10 bicep curls
X 10 rounds
Start a timer that will beep every minute. You still start by doing your choice of either jumping jacks, box jumps, or a 25m sprint. From there, you will start with 10 chest presses, then 10 tricep extensions, etc. When you hear the clock hit 1:00, you will complete the same exercise you did in minute 1 (either jacks, box jumps, or sprint). Once you’ve finished the cardio piece, return back to where you were on the strength exercises. You will continue this format until you’ve done 10 rounds of the whole set.
Suggestions:
Pick a cardio exercise that you feel you can maintain for the entire workout. These minutes will feel short once you’ve started them (probably only 30 seconds to do the other work). To modify further, consider doing fewer rounds. Anywhere from 5-10 is a great challenge!
