All you need for this workout is ONE dumbbell or odd-object of your choice!
Start with your non-dominant hand. Complete 1 rep of each movement on that hand, then move to 1 rep of each movement on the opposite hand. This is considered 1 round. After each round, complete 6 step-ups. Move back to the first hand to complete 2 reps of each, then 2 reps on the opposite side. Finish the round with 6 step-ups. Continue to add 1 rep to each side, finishing the round with 6 step-ups, until your 16 minute timer is up!
Suggestions:
Choose the movements that best suit you! This workout is meant to be a challenge, but you shouldn’t feel it isn’t accessible. So pick variations that will challenge you! Finally, step-ups are meant to be a way for you to give your shoulders a break while continuing to move. Don’t sub the step-ups for box jumps unless you’re really confident in your positioning.
