20 rounds?! Oh heck yes! You got this! Many rounds, few reps. This is a great way to practice challenging movements. Grab a yoga mat, an odd object - doesn’t have to be weighted - and try this out!

Suggestions:

If you’re starting to fatigue, complete anywhere from 12-20 rounds! 20 rounds is a lot, but certainly not all needed if you’re doing movements you’ve never done before! Take this slow and steady!
