Workout 27
**Ps, don’t skip/run/lateral work without shoes!
2 minutes of Skipping/running/lateral side to sides.
Between each interval, complete two rounds of:
Windmills x 10/side
Climbers to opposite side x 10/side
Tuck roll x 10
X 3-5 sets
Each “set” is 2 minutes of skip/run/lateral side to sides + 2 rounds of core.
Start with the breathing component of skip/run/lateral work - choose the option that you can maintain for 3-5 sets. After your first 2 minutes, move into the core set. You’re going to complete each movement for 10 reps, then repeat this process once more before you move back into your skip/run work.
Substitutes:
See the video for movement subs; aside from this modify the tuck roll with a tuck hold! The intention with this movement is to challenge you, but if you feel like you have no idea what’s going on and you’re just rolling around (I’ve been there), feel free to modify this with a tuck hold!
