Treat this workout as 3 parts! You’ll need ONE dumbbell or odd object. Start the workout by doing 12 alternating db snatches. Once you complete one round, move right into burpees. Do this 3x, resting as needed, and then take 1 minute rest. Next, start 20 snatches (adding a squat) and move into burpees. Do this 2x and rest as needed between each round. Finally, finish with 1 round of 20 OH squats and 10 burpees.

There are a lot of snatches here. The best way to address this workout is to SLOW it down. Each circuit is progressive - if you don’t feel like you can adequately progress in a way that is SAFE and comfortable, stick to the previous variation of the movement.
