After every round, 10 box jumps

You need a set of stairs, but that is all!

Start by doing 1 pike-up variation, followed by 3 dips. This is considered one round. Finish the round with 10 step jumps. Next, do 2 walk-ups and 6 dips, followed by 10 box jumps. Complete this style until you’ve done 6 pike-ups and 15 dips, followed by 10 box jumps!

Suggestions:

Choose the variation that suits you best! The lower the step, the more accessible. You can also opt for step-ups if that feels best!
