Every minute on the minute until you run out of time

Bronco x 10-12

Sit-ups x 2 (each minute, add another sit-up)

Start a running clock at 0:00. Start by doing 10-12 broncos. Once you have completed them, move into 2 sit-ups. Rest the remainder of the minute. At 1:00, complete the same number of broncos, and add 1 sit-up. Rest the remainder of the time until 2:00. At the top of each minute, start by completing the same amount of broncos, adding 1 extra sit-up per round. Continue on this format until you run out of time/cannot complete the sit-ups before the minute is up.

Suggestions:

The broncos are meant to take you about 15-20 seconds. Modify the repetitions to do 15-20 seconds of work. The first few rounds will feel “easy,” but each round nearing the end, the sit-ups and broncos get closer together. Do your best and have fun with this one!
